CEO and Chairman have been silent too long. They need to address shareholders pronto regarding the sinking share price. Fundamentals of the company did not change for over 5 years, if anything, they improved....they've been saying their product is superior than their competitors  (the science backs it up)....they have FDA approval to go into clinic and a robust pipeline....yet, the share

BottomBroker, the share price will go where the Boston group wants to put it. Remember very few people know about this closely held company. They have had by design no promotion, anlalyst following, social media etc.. I have in the past referred to Friday April 28th when we were on the upswing then obvious share downturn that day caused by? More recently out of the tsx to consolidate reasons

So Betsy, are you suggesting that the Boston Group took the stock up to approximately $10 and then turned around and brought it down to where we are now? What's the point of that? If one does not sell their shares and stick it out, one will gain the same way if the Boston Group gains.  G1945V

Absolutely, the day Acumen July 17th announces positive news the Promis stock on the Nasdaq opens at $3.26 a high of 8.95 and closes at 6.19. Nearly 14 million shares that day which i don't know how many total years of share trading you would have to add up to get this amount of volume.  The stock was shorted on July 14th the highest since January of this year. PMN has always been shorted on spikes, and the big spike associated (dubiously) with Ray Blanco had nothing to do with FSG et al.
