Comment: Very Bold. ACUMEN managed a $100 Mil later upsized to $130Mil. I see no reason why ProMIS, can't do the same. jmo G1945V

They also did an IPO back in 2021 for 160M at 14$ a share and now trading at 4$

I'll be the first to admit that I don't understand any of this. Can someone explain? Looking to raise 100M on more offerings of stocks, warrants etc etc?

Shares will be mainly bought by Venture Capital and Private Equity firms. Institutional, individual investors and insiders will likely add more to what they already own. The general public will end up holding the least ownership overall when everything is said and done.  Bring it on. JMO G1945V

My main focus is on the company having the necessary funds to see it through Phase III to the bitter end. We minions will just go along for the ride. With any success, we will benefit the same as everyone else. We will all sink or swim alike. jmo G1945V

ABOS indicated their $200M was sufficient to get through Phase 2. A previous post by gold trader linked to a good analysis showing that a successful Ph2 product (better than preceding products) has a $21B valuation based on the size of the ALZ therapeutic market.
