How much longer before Promis goes private? Will be able to produce a movie on these con artists . Not a public company. Controlled by Jeremy Sclar and Michael Gordon of the Boston group. Is the resigned CEO now working for them?

Was wondering that at 0.95 but the volume wasn't much to worry about. What would be the point? Presumably the game is to gain strong control near $2 then let phase 1b or 2 results bring in new investors at significantly higher prices without threatening that control.  If that is the plan then execution is going well and there is too much opportunity cost to take it private.

Far be it from me to defend Farmer (who I think accused me of being in cahoots with retiredcop LOL), but I doubt anything he/she says affects the share price.  As M101 points out, there are other forces at work.

Had a good laugh, effecting the share price i wish. No one is following this stock on the Nasdaq  just the 104 shareholders reported last spring and a few new ones added in the August PP. The short position numbers on the Nasdaq and share price  slide sum it up not defendable. The recent Ceo resignation  which I think is why she is gone with sec events on Christmas and Boxing day

I see 3 general hypotheses as possible answers to the question of this thread, but I'd like to hear some more.   We're going private so the investor group set the last raise near $2 and will now let the market take it lower until we get kicked off Nasdaq We're staying public and the investor group is very confident in its ability to adjust the market price as
