Why is it we don't get any credit for PMN310? Simple, it has been decades saying that plaque causes Alzheimer's. Now the scientific community is just starting to recognize that toxic oligomers kill neurons, not plaque. So where are we?, with 1A we show the selectivity, safety and dosage capabilities. Now with 1B we will show an increase in cognition, to what degree? If we slow and or stop neuronal death, then the world will know Promis and all our other platforms. Tick tock tick tock, soon!!!!!

Timing is everything.  Experienced investors are looking at the same milestones as us and saying, why get in now when my money could be growing elsewhere?  But we are getting close to milestones and hopefully to the rush to secure a seat on the rocket ride. It would be great to see this at Phase 1a.  My guess is people will be cautious until Ph2 financing secured or until Phase 1b

Probably not fair to blame the "scientific community" for being slow to get off the plaque train, the science hopped off 1-3 decades ago so the "forward" motion we see now is just from big pharma's momentum.  But the pharma train still has a pimped out passenger car for the media and a few box cars full of "regulators", so wherever it's going so are they.
