They have been talking about partnerships for over 2 years and still can't get a deal done. This is one of two reasons, our management group is inept , or our science is mediocre, I tend to believe our management team are useless and are here for a paycheck only. If you partner then you don't need massive dilution and with cash upfront you can further the other antibodies. Our new CEO may be out of his league in this field and we need someone with industry contacts.

It's actually 6 years or more that they've beeen talking about partnerships. Not sure about the inept management or mediocre science though...either one can only take you so far. But quite frankly,  I do have to wonder about management's sincerity in getting a deal done in a timey fashion, unless of course they are going door to door peddling snake oil concoctions that no Pharma

A lot to unpack here, but no question management has mislead long term investors for years.  Certainly have mislead about timeframes over the years, which is why they don't post past presentations  like other public companies, would just confirm investors findings.
