Math Class

Selling at close to 9 dollars, 13 million shares and buying at 1.87 gives a very nice profit. M101 that's a free math lesson for you today. Follow the money and see where it ends up. Sphera bought Promis for nothing, yes nothing.

I'm not seing your 13m shares short sold at $9 but I'm sure that's just me and my decrepit grasp of math, not the stock chart.

Selling over 13 million shares at over 8 dollars and doing a placement at 1.87 is simple math. Prove me wrong, you can't and the facts are there to see.

I challenged you, Goldtech, on your conspiracy theory that Sphera controls Promis. Iti is interesting and telling that your answer was some gobbledygook about shares and share prices. Can we just stick with your theory that Sphera controls Promis. Control would be 50% or more, can you just provide a factual piece of evidence that they own 5% or more. There are at least two Boston group persons that  recently owned over 10% each prior to this offering. I believe one them own shares in their name and I believe another owns the shares in an entity name. That person is Mike Gordon. My understanding is that the Boston Group participatied in this offering. Mike is a very savvy financial guy. He is totally on board with Promis. He does not ...more
