Warma should resign

This CEO and the BOD are so useless and have no financial sense whatsoever. It's amazing how totally inept people get these positions. Going to NASDAQ was a huge mistake and the massive constant dilution even a bigger mistake. Look at the salaries they get!!!

Goldtech this bod is not driving the bus. Jeremy Sclar and Michael Gordon of the Boston group are the drivers. That's the risk Goldstein and Williams took when they brought these billionaires into the picture giving them now pocket change penny warrants.
