Do you notice how they file these SEC filiings will after the close of the market? 

The last couple of years after going to the Nasdaq eliminating the TSX ?

Brilliant post, they actually file after the market is closed like 100% of the listed companies do. Going private, no reason to do that. The NASDAQ market is just fine. You bring up the topic of going private, what is your reasoning or evidence? I
