THE DISCOUNT IS UNFATHOMABLE
They had ALL their malls appraised last year which gave $22 at a PANDEMIC level value (and as per the last CC, assuming the empty anchors like Sears would stay EMPTY). In other words, $22 is conservative as they said. It may actually be worth $24-25. You are buying real estate with 5.80% yield and half off! WT FFF!

IFRS value of $22.05 per unit. PMZ are buying back shares every day, the lower the price the more shares they buy back each day, better for shareholders long term.
