Let the losers sell, they can pay a 11% yield covered from FFO if they wanted to.  
  • 6% yield
  • 60 million free cash flow that could cancel 4.5 million shares/year
  • 29% debt to BV (even if their NAV is inflated, it's then at least 40%ish)
  • 55% payout ratio
