optics or token gesture, do you think there is some evil corrupt intent?  its an NCIB, very common. period. its like a salesman sending you a christmas card.  take it for what it is.   do you reply to the salesman and blast him for a meaningless token gesture?  relax.  ignore it if you want.  there is no negative impact on an NCIB unless you were counting
