If the board engage in dialogue/negociation with Electra, they can easily get US$ 7.80 - 8.00 equivalent to around 10.10 C$

I don't really care what Vision Capital Corp. wants; I care what's best for my personal portfolio. For all we know. Vision might own a much higher dollar value in shares of Electra, which would put them on the "other side: of this deal. As for the argument that management has been unable to "unlock" share value, me thinks this completely ignores the capital gains we can see ...more
