Both the Pure companies have been moneymakers. At least we did not get sold out by management like Milestone Apartments REIT. That Milestone portfolio would have been worth a lot of money today. That management cashed out as soon as they internalized.

Where do we find refuge now ? Running out of companies owning aprtment complexes and listead in Canada. May have to move to the US ones. Tricon has lot of potential but the market did not like the purchse of SFH portfolio from Starlight. Morguard has some apartments in the US. # Am waiting for WPT Industrial to get taken out next.

Morguard is fine investment, the problem is: it's owner Sahi Rai who is more interrested in buying the shares for cheap than seing them raise. mrt.un, twc are perfect exemple.

Thanks for that info.....Currently cash poor....But have them on our watch listing.....May have some extra funds on the 15th & 30th this month & will review them as time goes by...Regards & sucessful investing TA , TimeBuilder
