IS this a done deal @ $7.61 USD cash ?? Hate to leave this holding.... enjoyed it for a long time.. ..Will hang on just to see what might develope  ...Maybe the favourable exchange rate will help a little to ease the loss of this one .....GLTA   TimeBuilder

Just reading the entire “background “ section left me exhausted. Imagine how the Directors feel! The cost in Q3 will be shocking. Something ventured, but nothing gained. They tried and you can’t ask for more of anybody.

yes, this is it - this is the last and only voting package to approve/reject the buyout at $7.61. as I said before, this is a significant undervaluation of the company. I am voting against this...but I know my vote does not count. I have a few thousand shares only, and all the institutions and insiders are in on it. I believe the management has showed impatience in selling the company...they ...more
