got some news about a 7.5M PP? is that why it is halted? It's halted, put out the news already!!!No price set, "best efforts"??? wtf?

 Cant see this halt being caused by a private placement, Stock was halted after this news release at 8:52 this morning. If the PP was the reason for the halt the stock would have resumed trading later in the day. I expect another news release tomorrow in the A.M, at which point the stock should resume trading later in the day. Keep an eye on the news wire. (Marketwire)
