Anyone know if they've cleared the overburden fom the portal area?

Maybe they need a permit for the overburden and who knows, maybe they need an opening and closing plan for the overburden. all that dirt needs a home

I should clarify , the permit for the bulk sample will include the removal of the over burden > but nothing is permitted to begin ( including removal of the overburden ) without the permit for the bulk sample > hence " you can't break ground without a permit " ( meaning the bulk sample permit )
