With the judge dismissing the majority of the claims against Comcast, this scenario reminds me of a quote from the classic Dumb and Dumber.....

It would appear that out of the many claims alleged against Comcast that were dismissed, the door has been slightly left open for argument of continuance based on two remaining breaches against Comcast (1) breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing; and (2) breach of a consent decree. https://casetext.com/case/players-network
