I was sort of expecting more of a cornering on the licenses than what was in the NR, but I appretiate the honest asessment of the landscape more than numbers.

It goes to add my confidence.

I can''t see people sitting under .04 cents for much longer, and when it does, you will see .06 and at about .08 or .10, you will see a slight sell off from those .06 Warrants that were issued - but aside from that I can't see anywhere but up now.

I'm invested in this stock. Been accumulating since Jan. I love the MJ sector. It's like the modern day gold rush. PNTV will be the Motherllode! State approval by the 15th. Then BOOM!

Lets just be clear in our expectations that theres not going to be any state approval by April 15th.  Per Mark Bradley they were told to seal some walls in their pre inspection,  That work is scheduled to be completed by April15th.  Once complete they will request a final scheduled inspection.  Not sure how longit will take to actually get the final inspection completed.

Very true.  While teh approvials and such allow them to move forward, things do take time, but I will say that after each hurdle is eliminated, the SP should inch forward until the engine fully starts. Not inlike little earthquakes before a big one. You post also applies to most in the MJ space right now and people put their hopes out in the hopes that it will become fact.
