It's perfectly understanadble, that after following Poet on a daily basis, for over one and a half decade, cerebral atrophy has started to set in with some guud folks on this forum...lmso

It's been a guud day, month, year to be a Poet investor.

Esp if you just wish away the previous fiasco that lost you nearly 100% of your investment. Yeah, you can average down. However there are sanity questions involved with averaging down a stock that is almost belly up.

It never came close to going belly up.  While you were figuring it was about to go belly up, insiders were buying. The reality was that the share price should have never got that low and was more about a disastrous financing than any fundamentals.

It was really close. Just check how low the shear price went. Not because things were looking up. They were sitting on failed Tech. Nobody would put money in. Just a matter of months or they would have done a Rockley. Really close. Not untill apparently they had a breaktrhough on the Tech front. Had that not happened, it would be game, set and match. With Poet on the losing end. Belly up. The

Facts are the facts. It almost failed. Management failed us after the uplisting. So, yeah. My shears are up just as much as yours. You just got to hope and pray that management does not repeat and fail us again. There is no done deal, success or sales. There is just hope. No need to get all excited about a bit of a recovery of lost ground.

So if the tech was failing and the company was on the verge of closing the doors as you say, then why did so many insiders take part in the Dec./Jan. private placement. ?  That was was a gift for anyone paying attention.

I guess it was obvious to all the insiders that sold at the top. They just about rolled over and as a rule of thumb you do not throw good money at bad money. There was a really good case to avoid Poet like the pest. I did not dump my shears because they were near worthless. So, taking a flyer on the scraps of Poet was the sensible thing to do. I guess it was a sure thing to the insiders

Unless you have better intell than myself, the insiders that sold at the top did not unload all their shares nor the majority of their shares.  They are entitled to trade what they had.  Kudoes on them to make a profit on some of their investment which represents some of their salary. Do we chastise people here for trading what they have when the stock price peaks. ?  If they had

There seems to be a group of posters here that have repeated that exaggeration hundreds if not close to a 1000 times since the Insiders apparently sold only a small portion of their shares. Why does it seem that they want to constantly demonize management and create an impression that most of their shares were sold???  I agree with you that if management had sold ALL

I'm a big boy and I do try to be responsible for any mistakes I make in this life whether personal investment decisions or relationship mistakes.  I have learned to say I'm sorry to those that mean something to me but as you know these forums are one big sociological experiment in human virtual interactions where one doesn't talk face to face.  I appreciate your offer to help
