I got my email today detailing the pending cheque amount.

"A one-time lump sum payment by cheque, sent to the mailing address provided in the claim submission will be issued before the end of October 2020 and represents this claim’s pro rata share of the Net Settlement Fund in the Poseidon Concepts Corp. Securities Litigation."

Got mine, a whopping 4%. meanwhile the old Poseidon management are enjoying the fruits of their crime.

Wow I lost 4600 and am getting back 130 bucks. I am googling who these directors were right nowwwwww

I guess I'm lucky getting 3.6% back as you are only getting 2.8%. Wonder how they calculated the amounts?

The court should have ordered transparency on the calculation of the net disbursement fund. Epic acted as a court appointed trustee and as such had a moral responsibility to provide the beneficiaries (claimants) with an accounting gross to net. But without a court order to be transparent it was not in their interest. With regards the payout I had two figures, total loss and calculated loss

Not just Poseidon management but Siskind ans EPIC almost drawn every penny....

I wasnt expecting much but when I look at the email I feel violated a second time.    I get a little of that feeling in my stomach that I felt when this whole fraud was exposed and my money vanished.  Almost no purpose to this whole exercise except to make the lawyers rich.   For info, my Pro Rata amount of the Provisional Entitlement was 8%.

I would rather have gotten $0 than these a holes  getting all the money  but when you think about it we needed the lawyers to get our pennies back.  I hear nothing about what happened to any of the directors in Canada were any of the sent to jail are we allowed to sue the directors personally?
