I am willing to purchase quite a bit more but I want to see an update from the company first. Keeping shareholders informed of the company's direction and ability to stay afloat in theses difficult times I would think would be extremely important. Normally without shareholders fighting over shares you would not have much of a company but in this case since over 80% is owned by insiders it'

You are right. We (the shareholders here) are definitely not important for the company. I can't blame people who sell their shares because there is too much uncertainties on the stock market. A lot of shareholders get rid of all their investment in the oil industry. The fact that the insiders are not buying even one single share at this very ridiculous price now is probably the main reason why
