The current market cap of $5m is equal to one quarter of ebitdax. Cash flow from this quarter almost as much as the market cap.  They will get refinanced since they are proving their ability to pay down debt and generate cash.  Current SP beyond ridiculous.  Could go up 4x and still be ridiculous.

Current sp is a reflection of our debt liabilities.  The share price is ridiculously low because there are obviously concerns about the company's survival.  Q3 was much better than Q2 but am I the only one expecting significantly more from our decommissioning contracts?  And why are we getting $5 a barrel less for our crude?  I know there is a small spread between LLS and ...more

If oil can stay above $50 and they can increase their decommissioning capitol the company should be able to acquire refinancing. They have already proven that in a difficult time they can reduce costs and pay down debt. This company survived when many larger ones didn't.  ( INA, PLT.UN etc ). That being said, we likely won't see any outside investors or increase in stock price until ...more

Oh don't worry I have the debt in mind.  SP still very ridiculous.  I see companies with debt or little debt and no oil production with market caps of $100 and $200 and $300 million.  COQ will have over $20m in EBITDAX 2016 and produce 1800 BOED.   This SP could go to 10 cents and investors could still see plenty of value. We just need oil to stay in this range and they ...more

The main owner paid more than 110 millions US dollars for his shares in 2014. And now he just needs to find about 5 millions to renegociate the debt and it seems that he can't find that so far? What about all his other businesses? They should help him. I am just wondering what he is doing right now to save his company. With crude oil and NG at better prices now, he could sell some assets at a ...more

Morrison put in all the assets that comprise the company both on production and well services. For that he got $10 million cash and about 200 million shares.

I am far away from saying, that there is no value. But if you really believe, what you post, you will be lost sooner or later. M did not pay anything, he took out! Do yourself a favour and try at least to understand, what westcoast posted

Regardless of whether or not Morrison paid for the shares, if he retains 200 million shares, that leaves only 54 million free trading shares which is diddly squat.  I am surprised this has not popped. Clearly undervalued.

It will pop as long as oil goes up i am thinking oil might cross 55 this week
