COQ MANAGEMENT KNOWS...
Bankruptcy = immediate Shareholder Class action against CMC & CM personally, specifically on the issue of Morrison Well Services non compete, and more generally gross negligence.
Several other scenarios that may be more likely...
A renegotiation of debt with current debtholders....debt for equity swap...new lenders...new facility...or CM offers to take company private at .14 to avoid class action, sells off oil leases etc., and returns MWS to CMC without a nasty class action and forensic accounting investigation.
As for Fagioli...you were negative from the get go....why ever invest in something you trash talked?

One more thing. They won't declare bankruptcy. They will issue the debt holder 8-9 billion shares and continue. What that will do is continue their salaries and make our shares worthless.

I agree with Papagallo. With a positive and profitable quarter, better financing and new hedges at $53 US, this stock should go to .14 readily.

Let me understand your thinking. With a large unpaid debt, companies barely seeing a profit with oil at $55ish, but you believe the stock price will rise 7 times current value? Please, make me understand your logic.

Adding further, .14 amounts to a $36 million US market cap. That is very low for a company that has about 1500 bpd production as well as the well services business.
