In my books a gain only occurs if you sell the stock, and to catch the bottom on the buy and top on the sell is yet another trick. But make no doubt about it, each day that passes, PURE is one more day closer to getting their licences.... Let's face it, there were no Government people working in Canada during the holidays, so once they get back to work in the New Year, paper will be processed.
