I think so. Oil sales license any day now. And they will start cultivation since the construction has completed. They can extract oil as well as extraction room is part of this phase. So yes this can pop anytime without notice.

They still need HC approval before they can cultivate. Speaking of which, phase 2 yield is now "close to three tons annually", and not 4,000 kg/yr. I wonder why?

HC approval for the new rooms cultivation should be quick since they already have cultivation license so that is just an amendment application. I think by the time they plant their seeds are plants in a stage that they are ready for going to grow rooms by that time HC approval will be on the way. I would say 4-8 weeks for new rooms approval. I just hope that their HVAC system is good enough as I

Agreed. Not sure either will re-rate stock? Hopefully they announce something significant soon - an international LOI that doesn't fall through, retail marketing plan for their supposed premium flower/edibles, etc.
