Mel will get fired by directors very soon
Directors know that there is no future for Puresinse if Mel is still the CEO. Directors are scared employees will go after them for their wages now that they are under credit protection. Money is coming for restructuring but there is one step left before operation can go back to normal which is kicking Mel outside the company. I think there is still hope as the company is small with small debt and big potential and this is why the court approved the credit protection application because they believe things can be turned around in few months. But Mel has to go as he is the the reason why the company reached to this.
