Fundamentals is thrown out the window

When strict government intervention is in their way. 

The company needs to address this issue. My guess is that the repercussions would be so severe and the financial impact so large that they don't even want to release such a statement. I want to know, what is their plan b? 

follow up questions: 

1) what would the revenue impact be in the province of Quebec if this bill is passed? 


2) how many of these health care workers able to relocate to another province? 


3) would the company be able to pay down its debt without diluting shareholders?

Torontojay, have you seen the post on their website published on April 28? https://www.premierhealthgroup.ca/2023/04/28/our-perspective-on-bill-10/ In their post they don't provide specifics I suspect because detailed regulations have yet to be published, although Bill 10 has been passed.
