Estimating 12 months out.
My paper napkin estimates for the company over a 12 month period.
O.I = Operating income
D&P = depreciation & amortization
T= taxes
I.E= interest expense
I = income
capex = capital expenditures
fcf = free cash flow
O.I ~ $10,388k
D&P ~ $5,564k
Ebitda ~ $15,952k
I.E ~ $5,357k
T ~ $2,276k
I ~ $2,755k
capex =~ $1m - $1.5m
lease = $1m
fcf =~ $5.819m - $6.319m
Current market cap is $36m or a free cash flow yield of 16.1% - 17.55%
The company should re-rate as accounts receivables and total debt come down. Overall, the company is moving in the right direction with geographical diversification and a history of accretive acquisitions.
