Honnest question: What about the lawsuit from May? It doesn't seem to have been talked much on this board? Some allegations seems more futile than others, but still a few serious questions marks, mainly the misdated earnings.

Any thoughts from investors here?

I am not an expert on the legal system and lawsuits involving stocks and the market. I have been involved in 2 lawsuits. The first, SINO Forest, I received about 5 % back of my original investment in that company. The second was ARMTEC, again I received about 12 % back of my original investment.
