Actually I just checked and "no" it IS trading but it has traded only 16k shares and the avg. is 264k. Not sure what is actually going on with this thing but it is staedily declining since it hit its 52 week high 4 weeks ago on no news.

The insiders in this deal, old and new, have total control over their market. This is a quarter to quarter company so any results will be announced in quarterly results unless something material has to be disclosed.  Review the Enerplus presentation, Rimrock and First Reserve.....Look where the majority of the focus is in the Bakken.....FBIR Enerplus, Hess, Devon(Rimrock), Continental ...more

Nutall in talking about his purchase of LOU spoke to the fact there were a lot of mom and pop companys in the area which provided MA targets for Lou.Do you have any sense about these kind of opportunities.No secret how much he respects  Brett Hermann as a manager.Clearly he is deleveraging the company to give it flexibility for MA in the future.Thanks for your info
