Target price lowered to $0.90

National Bank Financial analyst Dan Payne lowered the price target on Lucero Energy Corp (LOU:CN) to Cdn$0.90 (from Cdn$1.00) while maintaining a Sector Perform rating.

Not a significant change.  So what's with all the volumn today???   Somebody is either dumping and someone is accumulation.   Guess we'll learn more as time will tell. I'm holding and I for one would be very happy with the .80-.90 range. Good luck to all. Sunset
