Non brokered placement

At the same time, an unbrokered placement of 112mm shares at $.40. No wonder wecan't get out from under this overhang. Three times larger than I thought originally.
Can you say, dilution.. I knew you could.

So, now LOU will buy back 33MM of the shares it issued @.40... for .50... I guess it was just a loan and we're paying the interest on that loan. Only 81MM more to buy back of that unbrokered placement.
