What's going on

Looks like the smart money , stupid money,and everything 
In between was leaving today on big volume and stock closed at 
new 52 week low. This  sucks, I own a lot of shares

I'm wondering if they had a merger/buyout on the table that fell thru for some reason. Seems like a big sell-off at the end of the day was triggered by something. Hopefully someone steps up and takes a run at it.
