Yes, sell while you can. Or, since its worthless anyway, hang on and fool the guys manipulating the stock down. In past years, PXL has released their annual audited FS on April 12 without fanfare and, I think some traders are shaking the tree hoping to scare the chumps out of their shares before news is out. I tried to stink bid some shares but missed out. This period, waiting not only for annuals but also on a first quarter with absolutely no news is likely nerve wracking for some but people like me are still shaking the tree, hoping something falls out. PXL usually releases annual audited statements around this time in April but the silence from a management team that usually proactive about ...more

Good info Roscoe, I hope your correct in your assessment that someone has this on their radar. My back of the envelope calculation shows Palliser trading at less than $5,000 per flowing barrel which is very undervalued even with all of their op cost problems. Hopefully we'll hear some better news soon.

I hope Im correct too, lol. There is another bit of info regarding insider skin in the game. Not much happening with insider transactions except for the departed executive who sold a million shares in March, retaining 500k. That may be due to investing in his new gig or any number of personal reasons. The fact that insiders are not putting their own money up to buy at these levels may be due to ...more

Unfortunately you have to calculate in the $49 million in debt. Bumping the valuation to $27,000 boepd. Still cheap, but there are other plays with lower valuation and healthier debt to cashflow.
