Private Placement Buyers of Maha will come into this market

Basically, Maha becomes a public company today. We know that investors put down 10m dollars for a private placement in Maha. We also know that Paliser shareholders will get new Maha shares based on a conversion price of 19c. With over 60m shares in Paliser, lets call it 12m dollars of equity. So if Paliser trades below .19cents, those that bought this private placement will become buyers because its fundamentally paying less than they just paid. In fact, they will want to run this stock, because when they issue 70m in October, they want it at least 30% higher than the private placement price. I think we will see lots of interesting trading from firms you have never seen active in this stock. Lets call it Sweden's back door entry into the Canadian Oil patch. This will be very interesting. So .19c will quickly become the floor for the stock.
