I think they are going to announce the merger is official. Check the news tab on the PXL page here on stockhouse and hit refresh like a madman(woman). First comes the IIROC halt, then at some point news gets announced, and then an IIROC trade resumption announcement. Typically news gets released an hour after the halt, and trading resumes one hour after the news release. You have one hour to ...more

I would hope it would be to return the quarterlies. More details about the deal and current operations would be appreciated.

They can't announce it's official yet, there has to be a vote on it first. We probably won't get a resumption of trading until next week. If any news comes today, it will be after the market closes.
