How low can this thing go ? Should I be concerned ? I already am. Not looking good from my vantage point. My average price is .20 on a 100K lot. I will stick it out now because I don't have much more to lose. This whole debacle gets more depressing every day. Jenny can you shed any light on the situation ? I'm trying hard to be optimistic.

National Bank and the Swedes made an odd deal, where shareholders approve things, and then a condition of closing is raising debt and equity, "after" its approved. Then oil fell into the gutter (which may be very short lived), and now you are stuck. If everything pans out with this one I was hoping to do more than just break even, although it would be tempting to get out and get off this rollercoaster. This company had a NAV of $1.86 not long ago if I remember correctly, are the assets still there or has share dilution and debt taken that down ? What is the current NAV ? Any input is appreciated.

POOR EXECUTION BY MANAGEMENT This company had it all a few years ago...  producing 2500+ boepd with high netbacks.  And then production started to decline...  no money left on credit line...  no money to drill more wells...  high declines...  and here we are, trading at 0,07$/share and producing 1350 boepd (and how they couldn't even turn a profit in q1 and turn ...more

As of Feb. 2014, Acumen Capital calculated a 2P reserve based PV10% NAV of ~$1.66/sh excluding value for undeveloped land and utilizing YE net debt of $47.4 MM. 2P NAV was calcuated up slightly from ~$1.58/sh in 2012. On a proved basis the firm calculated a NAV of ~$0.62 per share while the proved producing NAV came in at approximately negative $0.13/sh.
