Dividend

I don't know what anyone else is thinking but we're traveling around in Sicily and the dividend notice is welcomed news.  Alway nice to receive some extra income while we're on the road.

Our TAL is much undervalued with lots of room for share growth.  2024 will see us over $1.00.
