Good or bad

As we wait is the strike price going down by the day or are we lucky in that the timing was great as markets dive?

That is exactly what I have been wondering. Usually the take a average price over the previous number of days ( no sure if it is 10, 20 or 30 does any one know?) then add a premium to that. I would suspect that the premium will be low if at all now though. Any thoughts?

I would suspect that the premium will be low if at all now though.This may be the case, although if there is a straight across, no-premium deal, it will still be a relative win compared to the rest of the market.However, the real win is trading PGB's rueful management for a high-quality team capable of actually doing something with the acquired and existing assets held within a publicly traded ...more
