MZ trying to list something In China!

The question is not wether or not MZ will try to list some Assets in China! The Job Ad is pretty clear about it.

The real questions are:

1. Will MZ succed at listing the Assets on the Chinese Market? Not so obvious these days

2. What assets is MZ trying to List!

Heer you can find a translation of the Document! It is pretty clear thatthe Company hiring the Secretary of the Board is in a "Pre-IPO" stage. What is not clear is which asstes MZ will list! ... Will it list the Entire Group (Puda Group) or will he list only a Division of the Group (Subsidiary ... as for example the Agricultural Division).

The job Ad says that the Employeer is a Large Shanxi Coal Group. and that the Industry is Engery-related. However this does not rule out the possibility that Puda Group Is hiring a Secretary of the Board for one Subsidiary it is going to list in the near future!

As I said ... For now ... we can not be sure about the assets MZ will try to list! ... Maybe Puda Coal Inc Mines (per 10k2010) are among them ... or ... maybe not! ..

We will see ...

The only sure thing is: MZ is trying to list a Company In China.
