The status conference scheduled for Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at 1:00 p.m.

shall be heard that same day (Wednesday, July 10, 2013), at 1:30 p.m.

 

In addition to this, there was something else of interest. The judge is requiring all case participants to sign a non-disclosure agreement related to a protective order that she has issued to protect non-public information as being confidential.

This is a pretty broad order that pertains to just about anything that someone would deem to be non-public..

My read is that they are dealing with some information that should it become public would affect the case. It is not possible to guess what it is, so I will just leave it at that.

Forgot to mention something potentially important.....   The SEC has also been notified about  the Status Conference regarding their case against Zhao and Zhu.... Although all of the motions that have caused the conference are in regard to counts 1&2 of the Class Action suit against Puda and the current class representative, I found it interesting that the SEC/V Zhao case was also
