Nothing to report

There has as yet to be any documents posted regarding any of the Puda related cases for the month of August....
I will post or comment when I get something......but it's been very quiet...maybe too quiet.....I am aware of some deadlines in late August...perhaps a hearing in September....not much to discuss here...

Thought I would post this as a reply to "Nothing New". The court is still engaged in the motions to re-certify a new class with a new lead plaintiff. They are nearing the end of the motions and replies stage. The next due date is 9/19/2013 when replies are due regarding previous responses that were due on 8/22/2013.
