Two month extension requested by plaintiffs
Plaintiffs have asked the judge in is request submitted today for a two month extention due in large part to a document dump by defendant Moore Stephens Hong Kong,,(MSHK)
They want the November 21, 2013 fact discovery cut-off date moved out to January 24th, 2014.
They also want the close of expert discovery moved from Decenber to January 31, 2014.
