Decision is in on motion for delay

"Set/Reset Deadlines: Deposition due by 12/20/2013. Expert Discovery due by 1/31/2014. Associated Cases: 1:11-cv-02598-KBF et al.(mro)"
She gave only a little bit...She said that all this should have been anticipated by counsel for the plaintiffs.
So depositions are still due by 12/20/13 and the Expert testimony is due to be completed by 1/31/14.
