To sum up
The games have restarted and rebooted even after defendants had won their arguments to drop the complaints against them. The complaint will be resubmitted and that starts the process over again. The judge is also now going to entertain the motion by Trellus to replace the lead plaintiff, or so it appears, So if the plaintiffs want the judge to consider their motions to amend the complaint, they will also have to accept the risks that the judge might entertain the Trellus motion to change the lead plaintiffs... Looks like a good game of liars poker to me....or a sword fighting match...or maybe even a chess game, but it's no longer Checkers...
