Full docket text for document 343: ORDER of USCA (Certified Copy) as to [272] Notice of Appeal, filed by Thomas Rosenberger, Howard Pritchard, Salomon Querub, Hotel Ventures, Steven Weissmann USCA Case Number 13-4166. Appellant moves, with consent of Appellees, that this matter be remanded pursuant to Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 12.1 to permit the district court to grant Appellant's motion to intervene in a class action. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion to remand pursuant to Rule 12.1 is GRANTED. Within 14 days of the district court's decision on the motion to intervene, Appellant shall inform the Court whether it intends to proceed with this appeal.
