Nothing much to report yet
I have been on the road for the past few weeks, but continue to monitor the case progress. Replies to the new complaint are coming in. Essentially they are comprised of dozens of pages of denials to the accusations, as expected. I am currently waiting for a ruling by the judge but that could be a lengthy wait. I expect some sort of conference to be scheduled in the near future.
