Full docket text for document 403: ORDER: The hearing to show cause previously scheduled on September 3, 2014, at 3:30 p.m. is rescheduled to Thursday, September 4, 2014, at 4:00 p.m. The Court warns defendants Puda Coal, Inc. and Ming Zhao that, should they fail to appear for this show cause hearing, the Court may enter default judgment against them. Plaintiffs shall serve a copy of this order on defendants not later than two weeks before the hearing, or by Wednesday, August 20, 2014. Plaintiff shall file proof of service on ECF. Forrest on 7/29/2014) As per chambers, Filed in all member and related cases: 1:11-cv-02598-KBF et al.(tn) The judge moved this "show cause hearing" forward from the 3rd to the 4th, and forward one half hour from 3:30 to 4:00 pm, which is a little late to me, but frankly, I did not expect the plaintiffs to be able to serve Zhao, much less have him show up at a show cause hearing to begin with since he has not participated at all. Stanger things have happened, and this may mean nothing more than a scheduling conflict, But none the less I find it interesting.
