Maybe the reason for the judge replacement is that the new judge is more (maybe much more) experienced in "securities" related suitcases? When will the results (conclusions) of today's default hearing come out? Next week? Will Zhao's lawyers be willing to participate in the "further opportunity" (given by the new judge) to discuss (negotiate) the damage amount? Let' ...more
