Zhu and the rest of the Chinese defendants released
ORDER: On October 9, 2015, plaintiffs were ordered show cause by October 16 why the claims against defendants Liping Zhu, Qiong Laby Wu, and Jianfei Ni should not be dismissed for failure to serve them. On October 19, plaintiffs submitted a letter stating that they do not oppose the dismissal of these defendants. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that defendants Liping Zhu, Qiong Laby Wu, and Jianfei Ni are dismissed from this case. (Signed by Judge Denise L.
